Inevex Solutions Group is a manufacturing operations and technology consultancy. We help manufacturers improve productivity, profitability, operational visibility and KPI performance.
Most of the companies we work with are busier than ever and keeping less of it than they should — and nobody inside can say why. The reason is usually structural: systems that don't talk to each other, reporting that arrives too late to act on, and costs that can't be traced to the job that created them.
That is the work we do. We go into the operation, establish what is actually happening, and put the process, measurement and systems in place to keep it visible. We are deliberately vendor neutral, because the right answer is sometimes a new platform and just as often better use of what you already own.
We are a small, senior team by design. The people who assess your operation are the people who stay through implementation, and our objective is always to hand the process back to your team running under its own steam.
